Hands & Heart: Smudge Feather Making for Men
Join us for a meaningful men’s session where we’ll have a guest coming in to guide men through decorating their own smudging feather and sharing teachings about its purpose and meaning. A smudge feather is more than a tool — it represents intention, cleansing, and walking in a good way — and this hands-on activity is a chance to slow down, connect, and create something personal that can support your spiritual practice and your journey as a man, father, and community member.

Building Balance: A Medicine Wheel Boxing Program for Fathers
Father Physical Wellness Nights (Boxing Club Partnership) is a two-session program (1 hour each) that partners with a local boxing club to support fathers in building strength, confidence, and healthier routines in a way that mirrors the Medicine Wheel. Boxing offers a positive outlet for stress, teaches discipline and self-control, and strengthens focus, patience, and emotional regulation. As fathers become more grounded and balanced, families benefit through calmer homes, less conflict, and more consistent, engaged fatherhood.
