-I understand that participation in any activities which is sponsored by Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society (B.A.T.H.S.) involves a certain degree of risk that could result in injury, death or loss or damage to persons or property. After carefully considering the risk involved and in view of the fact that B.A.T.H.S. is a non-profit Society, I hereby release, hold-harmless and waive all claims associated with this activity which I may have against B.A.T.H.S., its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and members. I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injury, damages, losses or claims, whether known or unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. I release/forever discharge the Release Parties from all such claims. I agree to indemnify and hold the Release Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, cost or expenses incurred by any of the Release Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses which may arise during or result from my participation in the activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the released parties.
