Employment Programs

The Journey to Success is an employment program that is designed to assist Indigenous people 18 years and older, with finding and maintaining employment. This program prepares and certifies Indigenous people so they have the skills and certifications required for employment. 

This program consists of 5 weeks in-class with a 6-month follow-up period that offers assisted job search and more.

Transitions to Success is an employment program designed to support women who have the drive, desire, and determination to become employed in a career or profession that will financially sustain them and their families. 

This program consists of 8 weeks in-class, 4 weeks job shadowing with a 6-month follow up period that offers assisted job search and more.

Our Employment Resource Centre is open to everyone on a drop-in basis during hours of operation. We can assist you in creating a resume, email address or to find employment that best fits you. At the Employment Resource Centre, the Employment Resource Worker is available to assist you with all employment needs.

Working Warriors Youth Employment Training Program was developed to provide employment opportunities and community re-integration to multi-barriered, unemployed or underemployed youth. Our program nurtures positive change by way of hands on employability skills through work experience placements, life skill enhancement, outreach services and supported educational learning plans. 

This is a program for youth 14-24 years of age.
